What happens at Sharky Swing?
Lesson
The lessons at Sharky Swing are defined as 'All Levels.' Meaning the instructor will assume you know your basic patterns (push, pass, whip).
The instructor's lesson are built around concepts that all dancers can take something away from.

At this time, Sharky Swing does not have an 'Intro' class. We hope wecan bring to you in the future. There is a lot of beginner classes in the Bay Area. If you are looking to get started, send a message and will provide you resources.
DJs and Social Dance
Sharky Swing brings out different DJs every month to keep you on the dance floor. During the three hour dance you will hear a large variety of music. If you need a break there is a smaller room to enjoy snacks.
Special Dances: Brunch Edition
Sharky Swing has an annual tradition. Every July we host a special afternoon dance with the snacks having a brunch theme. We had bagels, donuts, and lots of coffee. This past year we had Glen Acheampong teach the lesson and had Kathleen Sun and Edem Attikese DJ the all afternoon.
